I have been a nurse aide for over year now. I have always liked the elderly but now I think they are even more cool.They have so many stories to tell.I love staring at photos hanging on the walls of some of my senior residents at the nursing home I work at. I love listening to their stories and advice. I am meeting retired teachers,nurses,secretaries,cooks,beauticians,soldiers,carpenters,
deacons,deconesses,and entrepreneurs.
I get kind of sad sometimes because some of my residents can’t talk due to late stages of Alzheimers.There is one resident I am just really drawn to for some reason.She used to be a deacon at Trinity United Church of Christ.Its a huge church here in Chicago.I love staring at the photos on her walls.She has photos of when she was active in the church.I get kind of sad because she can no longer be active in church and she can’t talk.She mouths words when I talk to her.She smiles and mouths something incoherent and clicks her tongue.I just wish she could talk and tell me the story of what it was like to be a deaconess in such a huge church.
I love when I meet the family of my residents and they tell me stories of how their mom/aunt/dad/uncle used to be before they got sick.
I have picked up some of my senior’s habits too.
They’re just really cool.I look up to them.
Are you fascinated by the elderly?
What’s the big expense with these cell companies I don’t get it? Also Do you think that since these cell companies have gotten expensive like 20 dollar unlimited texting since they basically have a monopoly on the market with buying each other out? If you said yes to the last question do you think that an entrepreneur could possibly start a cell company with way cheaper prices like 5 dollar unlimited texting and make a reasonable net income? Why why not?
I’d really like to start my own tax prep business on the side. I’ve been doing research with the different franchises (HR, JH, Liberty) as to who has the best learning course starting out. I have done some prep before. I guess I’m curious for all you EA’s out there or tax prep entrepreneurs, how you guys got started? To register for e-filing with the IRS, what should I classify myself as? Any and all help is definitely appreciated! Thanks all!
